French credit insurance group<\/p>

The team in charge of the S4\/Hana (CARS) tool is faced with a workload (production\/project) requiring :<\/p>

  • an interim manager to supervise the central team, support local accounting teams in CARS functional changes (mergers, tax changes, etc.) and work with the IT team.<\/li>
  • a PMO to secure the IFRS17 project on the CARS side (setting up interfaces between S4\/Hana and tools for management control, consolidation, reinsurance, etc.)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Central team management (task allocation, career development, appraisals, etc.)<\/p>

    Analysis, prioritization and resolution of tickets created by local teams<\/p>

    Support for local entities with problems encountered in connection with receipts (UAT, Dry Run), maintenance and upgrades to interfaces between S4\/Hana and tools for management control, consolidation, reinsurance, etc.<\/p>

    Change management for users (training, functional documentation, etc.)<\/p>

    Cooperate with IT teams to implement necessary upgrades\/modifications<\/p>

    Coordination with various departments and project teams to ensure successful completion of the project<\/p>

    Participation in various committees (project, steering, strategic)<\/p>

    Monitoring and reporting on the progress of IFRS 17 projects concerning S4\/Hana<\/p>

    Identify and implement actions required to meet project schedule milestones<\/p>

    Response to ad hoc requests from management (studies, analyses, subject instructions)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
