At the heart of a French media group with a worldwide presence, we supported an ambitious transformation plan aimed at improving the operational efficiency of the entire organization.
This transformation was based on two major axes:<\/p>

  • Optimization\/integration of Source To Pay (S2P) processes<\/li>
  • A 360\u00b0 diagnosis to measure compliance efforts in the wake of regulatory changes linked to the implementation of electronic invoicing in France.<\/li><\/ul>

    Our approach is based on a review of existing processes (Business\/IT and Repositories) and on concrete, pragmatic proposals for scenarios to bring them into line with the Finance Act, with a 360\u00b0 impact analysis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
