This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines Ginesis Finance's commitments and expectations towards its suppliers regarding sustainable development and responsible business practices.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

This Supplier Code of Conduct is mandatory for all suppliers of goods and\/or services who have agreed to Ginesis Finance's general Terms & Conditions.\nSuppliers are expected to proactively implement all feasible and applicable actions outlined in this Code.\nGinesis Finance will maintain regular communication with its suppliers to ensure they are fully aware of this Code and of the company's high standards for ethical and responsible conduct.\nGinesis Finance reserves the right to execute thorough audits to assess compliance levels. This may include requesting suppliers to complete self-assessment questionnaires, provide evidence of compliance , or submit specific information. Suppliers are required to fully cooperate during these evaluations. \nGinesis Finance is committed to fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement approach with its suppliers. In case of non-compliance, Ginesis Finance reserves the right to take corrective actions, including terminating business relationships. \nSuppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and procedures and are encouraged to take all necessary measures to ensure compliance with the following principles:

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:<\/b>

Suppliers must adhere to all relevant laws, including labor laws, safety regulations, environmental standards, and the Ginesis Finance Ethics Charter.

2. Working Conditions:<\/b>

Suppliers must provide safe and healthy working conditions for their employees, respect human rights and comply with labor laws concerning wage, overtime, and freedom of association.

3. Health and Safety:<\/b>

Suppliers must ensure a safe work environment, protecting employees from hazards and accidents. They must also adopt up-to-date occupational health and safety practices.

4. Business Integrity:<\/b>

Suppliers must adhere to the highest standards of business integrity, including anti-corruption, anti-fraud, and fair competition practices.

5. Environmental Protection:<\/b>

Suppliers must consider the environmental impact of their activities and adopt sustainable practices to minimize negative effects on the environment. We encourage our suppliers to take steps towards measuring and reporting their greenhouse gas emissions (carbon footprint).

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:<\/b>

Suppliers must comply with laws and regulations regarding confidentiality and intellectual property, including the protection of confidential information and copyright.

7. Social Responsibility:<\/b>

Suppliers must commit to upholding the highest standards of social responsibility, especially regarding human rights, business ethics, and environmental responsibility.

8. National and International Standards:<\/b>
