Our mission
Support for the project team at 3 levels:
Steering the Finance transformation: providing project expertise, steering the main challenges of modernizing the Finance function, coordinating the various streams in the Finance area and liaising with other areas.
Securing the internal control approach: providing expertise to internal teams, framing the approach within the project context, coordinating work.
Project management for the entire finance domain: controlling, regulation, accounting, fixed assets, cash flow financing. Support for business units in the emergence of functional requirements, instruction of transformation projects, facilitation of workshops, participation in design workshops using SAP Activate methodology.
