Context and objectives
A French public audiovisual group has requested our expertise to conduct a study on the company’s compliance with upcoming e-invoicing obligations, as well as to support it in selecting its PDP, notably through drafting the specifications.
Our mission
Ginesis analysed the impacts of the reform on P2P and O2C flows, particularly by reassessing the VAT tax treatment. This study, supplemented by the analysis of reference frameworks, led to compliance recommendations, action plans, and several target architecture scenarios. This work served as the basis for drafting the specifications for the PDP tender.
Results
Analysis and diagnosis: scoping, flow mapping, review of business and IT processes, identification of impacts, particularly regarding VAT and the CA3 return.
Target design: recommendations, co-creation of a target organization and roadmap, drafting specifications in collaboration with business units and IT department.
