Our mission
Spin-off preparation:
Creation of the consolidation department, production of the combined financial statements of the future Group, assistance with the production of the prospectus.
Publication of interim and annual financial statements :
Analysis of closing process efficiency (Smart Close),
Production of IFRS and Adjusted consolidated financial statements,
Definition of Sox controls to be integrated into consolidation processes,
Drawing up, organizing and deploying a communications plan for subsidiaries
Deployment of the “Right First Time” principle within entities (feedback process, support, pre-closing process, etc.).
Overhaul of closing processes (exchange rates, interco, tax, etc.)
Update to the Group Accounting Manual.
Projects :
Optimization of the HFM consolidation tool, deployment of Anaplan for IFRS 16, Workiva for Disclosure Management, and tax reporting in HFM.
Results
Quarterly publications and Annual Financial Report produced on time and praised by Group Management
Successful roll-out of new processes and tools in the Consolidation department
