Overall design of the new solution (design workshops, impact analyses, specific focus on functional coverage of the consolidation engine)
Support for the detailed design of the application (detailed design kick-off meeting, support for detailed design with a specific focus on the Cash Flow Statement and Tax reporting, participation in arbitration sessions for implementation choices).
Acceptance (defining acceptance strategy, setting up acceptance files and forms, monitoring progress and schedule, tracking anomalies and corrections, acceptance assessment)
Data initialization (data recovery strategy, implementation of recovery tools, progress monitoring, data recovery assessment, strategy for switching to the new environment)
Training and documentation (training strategy, production of training materials, training facilitation, production of user documentation)
