As part of a major financial transformation project, the Group wishes to optimize its Finance tools in order to significantly improve process efficiency and free up time for its teams.

Diagnostic phase with Finance (accounting, corporate & BU controlling, treasury, consolidation…) and IT teams to understand reporting processes, tools used and irritants.
Study of a reporting factory project based in India using RPA technology
Assessment of process and tool maturity in relation to best practices
Study of a scenario to deploy SAP Centrale Finance in a multiple ERP environment
Detailed study of the tools used (SAP ECC6, BFC, PowerBI, Qliksense) in order to assess their effectiveness and user perception, make recommendations on these tools or consider complementary tools (Group Reporting, SAC, S4/Hana).
Opportunity study for a finance datalake
Review of the main reports produced at different levels (plant, country, BU, Coporate) in order to understand the construction/distribution process and identify areas for improvement/automation.
Results
Some thirty interviews conducted during the diagnostic phase
Delivery of a report containing some thirty prioritized proposals (including quick wins) to improve processes and tools
Proposal of a “finance digital transformation” roadmap for each major project
