Our mission
The work carried out by Ginesis consisted of:
- Analyzing the impact of the reform on flows
P2P/O2C and the associated tools - Measuring the quality of reference data, mandatory billing information, and their compliance with the reform’s requirements
- Evaluating the tax aspects and the complexity of the flows (VAT specificities, etc.)
- Formulating recommendations, presenting implementation scenarios for decision-making, and establishing the roadmap for priority projects
