To comply with the regulatory frameworks for electronic invoicing and reporting across the Group operating in 30 countries, a global provider of employee benefits solutions engaged Ginesis Finance to map all local requirements, define a unified compliance strategy, and assist in selecting a common platform.
Our mission
Ginesis’s mission was structured around:
- The assessment of regulatory constraints and adherence to internal tool migration projects (billing, accounting)
- The collection of information and a country-by-country assessment of ongoing work, supplemented by in-depth analyses of certain priority countries
- The definition of a unified compliance strategy and a deployment roadmap
- Assistance in drafting the specifications and selecting a service provider for the Group (evaluation grid, offer analysis, synthesis, etc.)
