Implementation of a new budgeting tool covering all departments (100+ users) of a rail group
A desire for a common, non-specific tool, but in a context of heterogeneous practices between activities and the integration of users who had not previously been involved in budget production.
Design, specify and deploy a new tool in the context of an evolving management model, while guaranteeing compliance with the cost model.

- Preparing and running training courses and setting up tool documentation
- Assistance with the 1st use of the SAP BPC tool: setting up user documentation, user support hotline, etc.
Results
Deployment of the tool on time for the budget, without any major anomalies and with satisfactory performance conditions
The quality of the expression of needs recognized by the other players in the project (DSI, MOE, integrator)
Satisfactory appropriation of the tool, given the context, thanks to a training program combining tool handling and business reminders.
Positive user feedback: very few tool enhancements requested during feedback sessions
Improved understanding of budget data (transparency and uniformity of management rules, traceability of data, etc.).
