In the context of a global transformation plan, need to optimize the organization of a CSP of around 80 people
Our mission
Review of the organization and processes to propose actions to make the CSP more efficient under the constraint of a significant reduction in staff numbers.
Diagnosis of the organization and proposals for action to improve processes and lighten accounting workloads
Harmonization of work methods within the CSP, rationalization of tasks, reorganization of closing schedule
Leadership of other productivity-enhancing initiatives: implementation of an accounting BI, review of the expense commitment process and centralization of supplier invoices.
Implementation of an action plan, support in operational implementation and change management
Results
Around 80 actions identified through some 40 interviews
Facilitation of 8 workshops and management of the deployment of actions over 4 successive waves
Streamlining of certain tasks and improved coordination with Controlling teams
Target organization achieved with a workforce reduction of around 20%.
