CIO of a major rail group in charge of IS for the maintenance and safety of 30,000 km of rail network lines in a context of opening up to competition.
Takeover of the management control function of the ISD’s CSI division (management control, internal control, steering support, etc.) and support in the reorganization and transformation of the ISD.

- Preparation of annual forecasts (budget, reforecasts, etc.), and monthly monitoring of actual results
- Steering and monitoring ongoing projects
- Quality control of accounting data (completeness of receipts, CAP, OPEX/CAPEX breakdown)
- Performance reviews and Comex budget presentations
- Support for purchasing and operational staff in monitoring contracts
- Monitoring performance plans
- Updating repositories and document management
Advice and support :
- Production of an astonishment report and follow-up of actions taken
- Overhaul of reporting and implementation of PowerBI
- Introduction of cost monitoring by application: overhaul of reference systems (activities and resources) and introduction of cost allocation rules. Automation of this new management process.
