Overhaul of management diagrams and performance analysis model

As part of a project to simplify ERP Finance, with an upstream phase to overhaul and optimize management models for each of the Group’s activities, the aim is to improve understanding of margins and costs, harmonize and standardize practices, and prepare the functional framework for the ERP Finance transformation project.

Our mission

Organization and coordination of business plan analysis work for each of the Group’s 25 businesses

Implementation of work to overhaul and optimize management processes for each business, based on one or more selected pilot BUs:

Organization of workshops with the BU’s management control and finance teams, as well as with the Group finance teams in charge of steering the business and summarizing the Group’s activities.

Mapping of existing management schemes and comparison with feedback from operational staff, management expectations and project objectives.

Construction of a new target management scheme focused on understanding costs, identifying levers for improvement and facilitating managerial decision-making.

For each activity, presentation and benchmarking of the new target management scheme proposed for each activity to the other significant BUs of the Group present in the same activity worldwide.

Results

New management structures for each of the Group’s businesses, including :

  • A macro-plan of accounts by activity, with a double entry for nature and analysis, complete with key performance indicators
  • A common minimum level of detail for the income statement, cash flow analysis and key performance indicators for all Group BUs involved in the same activity
  • A summary of key indicators for the new management scheme
