With the reform of electronic invoicing entailing a project to bring O2C and P2P processes and related tools into compliance, the Group decided to seek assistance in diagnosing the impact of this compliance on its organization.

Our mission
- Definition of the scope and structuring of the assignment: familiarization with the legal and operational structure of the entity, and with the key contacts, establishment of project governance.
- Mapping of flows, processes and tools: Interviews with all key players in P2P and O2C processes, inventory and analysis of all P2P and O2C accounting and business processes by activity flow, identification of tools and interfaces involved in the execution of these processes.
- Compliance review of customer and supplier repositories: Analysis of the compliance of customer and supplier repositories with the requirements of the Finance Act, identification of duplicate third-party records, identification of information to be prioritized for quality improvement as part of the project.
- Compliance review of VAT regimes applied by use case: Inventory of VAT regimes applied by use case and tax compliance review
Results
A full diagnostic report including :
An exhaustive inventory of all flows, processes and tools impacted by the reform
An analysis of the impact of compliance on existing procedures and tools
A detailed view of the quality improvement points to be prioritized in the customer, supplier and product repositories
Selection of macro-scenarios and partners best suited to the perimeter’s needs
A roadmap of the project stages to be carried out to ensure compliance of processes and tools by the go live project for the effective date of the reform.
