- Workstream 1 – Mission Scoping and Governance Framework:
Review of the entity’s legal and operational setup, mapping of key contacts, and implementation of project governance mechanisms. - Workstream 2 – Mapping of P2P/O2C Flows and Systems:
Conducted interviews with process stakeholders, analyzed end-to-end P2P and O2C flows (business and accounting), and identified the tools and interfaces involved. - Workstream 3 – Customer and Vendor Data Compliance:
Evaluated compliance of master data with Finance Act standards, identified duplicate third-party records, and defined priority data quality actions for project implementation. - Workstream 4 – VAT Regime Mapping and Compliance Review:
Mapped VAT schemes across business use cases and assessed their alignment with applicable tax requirements.
