A full review of the P2P process is required to identify optimization opportunities and ensure effective implementation through close collaboration with Finance and Procurement teams.

Process Review Phase
- A series of ~30 stakeholder interviews were carried out across key functions: Accounting Shared Services, Operations, FP&A, Procurement, and IT.
- Analysis of process flows by category and evaluation of the digital tools supporting the P2P lifecycle, with a particular focus on Ariba.
- In-depth workshops to identify possible recommendations
- Assessment of RPA applicability to identify processes with high automation potential.
Implementation phase:
- Conducted engagement sessions to explain the proposed recommendations and support alignment around the transformation plan.
- Led implementation-focused workshops to ensure effective execution of recommended actions.

Diagnostic deliverable summarizing key challenges and more than 40 improvement levers (quick wins and strategic actions), grouped into six main areas of focus.
Delivery of an implementation roadmap with initiatives prioritized using a complexity vs. value-added matrix.
Presentation of a shortlist of processes suitable for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Operational support for the rollout of initiatives endorsed by the Group, targeting improvements to the Accounts Payable Shared Services organization, its end-to-end processes, and enabling systems.
