As part of a structuring project to modernize management tools, support the Group in steering and coordinating the program as a whole, provide methodological support in managing the project and associated risks, and lead change management initiatives.
Our mission
Short appropriation phase based on existing documentation and interviews with project managers: production of an astonishment report and steering and governance guidelines.
Structuring and implementation of the system using our methodological tools and best practice guides: definition of roles and responsibilities; formalization of project and program roadmaps; identification of key milestones and production of an assembled macro schedule.
Assistance with strategic framing and choice of tools; mobilization of expert profiles in functional and IS fields
Operational and strategic management of the program: coordination of committees, preparation of documents, identification of points to be arbitrated.
Coordination of the program: monitoring interdependencies, common methodological framework, dissemination of best practices
Regular monitoring of project progress: bi-monthly discussions with project departments, risk analysis, etc.
Change management support: impact analysis, identification of changes in practices, implementation of regular and extended communication levers, structuring of a training program.
