Select the processes to be automated by applying fixed, shared prioritization criteria
Ensure the delivery of selected processes, from development to production, including the drafting of technical documentation for their maintenance
Consider the impact of automation on the organization from the outset of the project, and implement a collaborative approach to the transfer of both technical and functional expertise.
