Our mission
Frame the deployment plan for all Finance use cases:
- Identification of cases for which the platform was the most appropriate response
- Definition of the deployment schedule and strategy (scheduling of identified use cases according to expected productivity gains and level of acceptance of the solution by the populations concerned, dry run strategy, etc.).
Support in setting up the solution :
- Interface with IT teams to define connectors with source applications (SAP BFC, Anaplan)
- Structuring tables, strings and queries in WDATA
- Support for business teams in building reports in WDESK
Change management and business process adjustments :
- Adjustment of leadership and feedback processes
- User training
Results
Deployment of Group management reporting and use of the Workiva platform to prepare monthly business reviews
Several boxes deployed (BU and site reporting, Annual Report)
