Against the backdrop of the spin-off of European activities, various initiatives have been launched: creation of an autonomous European Finance function, implementation of IFRS standards and production of consolidated financial statements for the European group (statutory and management), construction of a dedicated reporting and consolidation tool, attachment of complementary worldwide activities to the European group, etc.
Our mission
Design P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow financial statements in Management format and manage their implementation in the Oracle HFM solution
Design and implement dashboarding tools for Group management
Prepare and assist the Group with its first Budget and Forecast
Overhaul Rental Fleet reporting (including internal margin processing)
Design enhancements to performance management indicators (ROCE, DSO, DPO, product/customer analyses)
Design the quarterly consolidation process and produce the procedures associated with this new process
Designing tax reporting
Support the integration of a major acquisition and develop the performance management platform accordingly
Design annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards
Assist the Group with its first actual monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Define and deploy the Controlling handbook
