Your day-to-day?

A variety of rich and diverse projects within companies in industry, energy, luxury goods, retail… with long-term assignments averaging 6 months. You will be strengthening the finance departments of our clients, mainly based in the Île-de-France region.

Your role as a Finance IT PMO Consultant?

  • You are responsible for the project’s governance and steering. You set up the tools and methods needed to ensure the proper execution of the various phases.
  • You help define and monitor the project roadmap, from scoping through to solution deployment. You ensure the consistency of deliverables and adherence to commitments (timeline, budget, quality).
  • You support the business and IT teams in coordinating activities: management of interdependencies, follow-up of action plans, facilitation of committees, monitoring of project KPIs
  • You are the point of reference for communication and you position yourself as support for change management activities to encourage user buy-in.
  • You manage the risks, escalate alerts and monitor mitigation plans.
  • Lastly, you ensure the quality of deliverables, structure project documentation and facilitate internal or external reviews.

The profile we are looking for 🎯

You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) and have at least 5 years of experience in PMO or project management, ideally in the field of finance information systems (ERP, EPM, BI, DataViz).

Your strengths: you have a solid command of core project management principles (planning, budget, risks) and related tools (MS Project, JIRA, Power BI, etc.). Knowledge of financial processes (accounting, consolidation, management control, reporting) and leading Finance solutions on the market (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a real asset. You are comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders, in both French and English.
