You will work in diverse environments — industry, energy, luxury goods, retail… Assignments last on average 6 months.
You join the finance department of one of our clients, mainly based in the Paris region:
- within Corporate teams, where you contribute to performance management through synthesis work for Top Management and by supporting the management cycle for BUs, Regions, and Subsidiaries.
- or within management control teams, true business partners of operational departments (HR, IT, Procurement, Industrial Management, Offer & Marketing, Sales, …)
Your responsibilities as a Controlling Consultant ?
- You provide support to your clients’ Management Control & Reporting teams.
- You take part in the entire management cycle, including closing activities, budgets, rolling forecasts, medium-term plans…
- You help develop new performance and profitability analyses.
- You contribute to the implementation and monitoring of financial and non-financial indicators, and to improving performance management processes.
- You take part in building business plans and cash flow forecasts, and in analysing or preparing investment files.
- You participate in continuous improvement projects covering:

- Redesign of Controlling processes (budget, closing, reforecasting),

- Securing and automating data and reporting,

- Optimization or implementation of reporting, budgeting, DataViz & BI tools, …

Your profile 📸
You hold a Master’s degree (Business school or Engineering school) and have at least 3 years of experience in audit or consulting, complemented by an initial experience in management control.
Your strengths: you have strong command of Excel & PowerPoint and ideally PowerBI/PowerQuery, along with strong professional English. These skills go hand in hand with analytical thinking, writing and synthesis abilities, and strong communication and facilitation skills.
Your personality : you are dynamic, curious, rigorous, and eager to join a company with strong values, resolutely people-oriented, fostering team spirit and humility.
