Your daily routine?
A variety of rich and diverse projects within companies operating in industry, energy, luxury goods, retail… with assignments that take place over the long term, averaging 6 months. You will support the finance departments of our clients, mainly located in the Paris region.
Your role as a Decision-Making PMO Consultant ?
- You carry out technological monitoring of market trends (AI, data, etc.) and seek to maximise their use to address the needs of our clients.
- You contribute to shaping the transformation roadmap, from project scoping through to the selection of the decision-making tool.
- You support finance departments in modernising their tools. Together with the client’s finance and operational teams, you define and formalise the target processes for budgeting, consolidation and/or reporting. Then, you work with IT teams to implement them in the selected tool.
- You organise and take part in solution testing while supporting its adoption by financial and operational teams. You oversee change management, training, etc.
- Finally, you support the client during the first uses of the tool to ensure an optimal transition.

The profile we are looking for 🎯
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) and have at least 5 years of experience in consulting and/or in management control or consolidation for major clients, ideally complemented by experience on transformation projects.
Your strengths : you have strong skills in management control and/or consolidation, mastery of one or several leading decision-making / EPM tools / (SAP Group Reporting / SAP Analytics Cloud, Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle, Board, Pigment, …) and a real interest in data and modelling. You have excellent interpersonal and writing skills and can communicate effectively with both Finance and IT teams, in French or English.
