Your day-to-day?
A wide variety of high-value projects within companies in industry, energy, luxury, retail… on long-term assignments averaging 6 months. You strengthen our clients’ finance departments, mainly based in the Paris area.
Your mission as a Consultant in PM on transactional projects?
- You contribute to defining the transformation roadmap, from the initial scoping phase through to the selection of the most suitable ERP solution.
- You support the business functions (finance, procurement, HR, etc.) in expressing their needs and redesigning their processes. Working closely with the client’s operational teams, you identify and formalise the target end-to-end processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, etc.). And, with the IT teams, you ensure their proper implementation in the target solution.
- You coordinate and support key users during the solution testing phases, while facilitating user adoption. You ensure that issues identified are properly resolved by the technical teams.
- You analyse the impacts generated by the project. You steer change management actions, training activities and implementation support.
- Finally, you support the teams after the solution go-live to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.

The profile we are looking for 🎯
You have a postgraduate degree (Bac+5) and at least 5 years’ experience in a consulting firm or in AMOA on transactional projects with large companies / midcaps.
Your strengths : you have a solid command of the fundamentals of finance business processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, etc.). You have good knowledge and hands-on experience of one or more leading ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, etc.). You are comfortable with project management methodologies, you lead target-design workshops, you accurately document processes. You are able to interact effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams, in French and in English. Your curiosity and strong interest in Finance IT systems drive you to go further and further in addressing our clients’ business challenges.
