Our three-step process:

02. Consultant Interview: Assess your technical skills and help you envision your role internally.
03. Meet the Partners: Validate your project and ensure it aligns with our offerings.
First Days: Welcome by the Office Manager, HR, Onboarding Manager, and your mentor. Meet consultants.
First Month: Start your first mission, adopt the firm’s values and environment, and have an initial HR check-in.
First Few Months: Welcome event, HR and mentor support, discovery of internal projects and training opportunities.
