A major player in the French publishing sector has engaged our expertise to support them in their consultation process and in the selection of their approved platform (PA – formerly PDP)
Our mission
The work undertaken by Ginesis comprised:
- Reviewing the scoping study conducted by internal teams
- Drafting requirements specification for the selection of the PA(s) in collaboration with internal stakeholders (business, IT, legal)
- Participating in the preparation of a shortlist of PDPs to be consulted
- Contributing to the PDP selection process: scoring grid, study of responses, preparing and participating in presentations, and synthesis

PDP selection: scoring grid, overall and functional assessment, scenarios and synthesis
